This vintage 50s long formal gown is stunning from it's hour glass cut to the fabulous gold lame' brocade fabric with aurora borealis sheen. It was custom made and has no label but done expertly. It is something I could imagine Audrey Hepburn wearing in "Breakfast at Tiffany's". The bodice is fitted and the skirt is slightly gathered and designed to flatter the figure. It has style for days and is much more incredible in hand than the photos show. the dress is classically made in that body hugging, pulse raising bombshell wiggle style that was popular from the late 40s to early 60s. Dress looks stunning on and is about a size 0 to 2 measuring: shoulder to waist 14.5, bust 33, waist 23, hips 37, length 51. Dress is in excellent condition with no flaws that we could find.
