It is beautiful and perfect for a costume as some of the tape lace seems a little stretched but that might only be due to it not being on a body. The lace seems to be threaded through 360 degrees so if one side is too tight it will be loose elsewhere so perhaps it will right itself when on. About a size small and measures bust 34, waist 34, hips 40, length 33.5.
