Vintage poly silk type brocade 30s flapper dress with tiers and ruching by All That Jazz. It is flowy and romantic with fluttery winged sleeves and ruching at the side of the dropped waist. The skirt has more wings that are very feminine, flowing when you walk. Tagged a size 5 and measures bust 38 (due to blouson styling), waist 30, hips 40, length 45. We launder some items when time permits but are currently way behind as we have thousands of items to list before the holidays.
