Lovely vintage ribbed sterling silver puffy heart scent / perfume bottle chatelaine or pendant necklace. It has heavy tarnish and will need to be cleaned if you so desire. I actually love the oxidation because it shows the designs in much more details due to the contrast. I'm not certain that the chain is original to the heart.
