Gorgeous large antique Victorian micro beaded cut steel drawstring reticule or handbag in lovely black and silver with black silk lining. The bag is original and in wonderful overall condition with the exception of some rusty beads in several very small areas and some slight bead loss. The drawstring could use replacing as it has started to unravel from the bottom. The last two photos are of another bag that needs fixing - there is loss of the fabric in the gathered areas and some light green oxidation on the back frame. It is large and the beading is intact - I wondered if it could be shortened top and bottom to get rid of the areas but I don't know about this type of construction..
