Gorgeous vintage Art Deco celluloid and brass cameo plaque chain link belt with silk tassels with acorn caps. This is really a rare old piece of history as most of these got destroyed due to heat, fragility of the item or improper storage. Great old flapper belt with a lot of history to be sure. It is done in lovely mint green celluloid bases with ivory colored celluloid cameos. The brass was probably plated at one time and shows wear/patina, most notably on the looped end portions. The cameos and backing are in excellent condition. Still a great totally wearable belt which we like the way it is but could be re-plated and restored.
