Lovely vintage rhinestone rose cameo cabochon brooch pin in filigree setting. It has dark Siam ruby colored rhinestones that are prong set. The rose is not as deep purple as it appears it's more rosy purple or pale lilac with more pink to it. Measures 1 5/8 inches and is in excellent condition.
