First I have to say that neither of us speak German so don't know the publisher/writer/edition, etc. This was part of an estate product and looking was ridiculous for this item. What I do know is that it is a German bible or German ddition of a Catholic/Latin bible. Considering it is from 1780 it is in pretty good condition because this one looks like it was well used. There is some writing in the back of the bible from 1787 to 1810. Please view the photos and ask any questions if needed.
