Outstanding rare clear cherry amber prayer bead necklace in unique barrel and belled shapes. This is very large and changes colors & glows under a fluorescent light plus it pulled hairs and paper towards it after rubbing it against wool. Not sure if this is one of those reconstituted pieces because I think that is a more recent undertaking and these are old with silk fringe tassel. I tested them with simichrome for bakelite but they did not react however I know that sometimes certain colors don't always test or if they have a coating on them. I don't think bakelite reacts to florescent lights. They weigh 6.8 ozs or 192.7768 grams and range in size from 21.86 x 24.52mm to 19.59 x 23.03. Some of the flaws show a slight amber tint.
