Rare vintage 40s Scotty dog cotton fabric for quilting. Scotty dogs were very popular in the 40s do to Franklin D Roosevelt pet Fala. This lovely fabric remnant is done in red blue and cream and measures 22 x 18. It is in exceptional condition.
