It has a high scoop neck with dramatic square cut bare back and body hugging ruching from the waist to beneath the hips and a flared mermaid type skirt. It is cotton/poly and is tagged a size large by 80s standards. Measures bust 34, waist 24 but stretches to 30, hips 34 but stretch to 36, length 49. Dress is in like new condition.
